Director, Talent Acquisition

The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the TA team across North America, ensuring the hiring engine delivers talent needed on time, efficiently and effectively to deliver business results and secures the talent to ensure a sustainable organization.

Responsible for TA across all of Medium Segment and North America including the development and management of two Talent Acquisition Managers.

Responsible for developing strategies to include TA KPI’s/metrics and supporting infrastructure and TA operational processes that drive the effective and efficient execution of Sage’s talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, execute, and measure an effective talent acquisition strategy and model for Medium Segment (global) and North America that is aligned with Sage’s business strategy, culture, and talent needs
• Partner with People Business Partners and Senior Leaders to develop and deliver talent pipelines to fill volume, executive and specialist roles – improving time to hire and cost per hire.

Will have personal ownership and involvement in key leader hires in partnership with Executive Recruitment in the TA Corporate Center
• Drive DEI recruitment strategy for Medium Segment and NA GTM in partnership with Sage Belong; build and manage DEI partnerships in Sage communities
• Participate on the Global TA Leadership team to drive alignment between Geo/Segments and Corporate Center strategy
• Ensure compelling talent attraction and selection methods leveraging Sage Builder brand positively through all resourcing activity and channels (including platforms like Glassdoor and Comparably) improving candidate awareness
• Provide accurate reporting to demonstrate productivity and progress.

Build capabilities such as predictive data analytics to inform decision making around forecasting talent requirements and success/ROI on candidate sourcing strategies
• Inform leadership on strategic and emerging staffing trends to enable proactive plans to acquire talent for Medium and NA GTM What We Need For You To Have:

– years of experience as a highly, experienced talent acquisition leader with an exceptional reputation for commercial acumen, delivery, budgeting, operational leadership, and a sophisticated approach to talent acquisition
• Successful experience in a technology led organization (ideally software), sales and service multinational, matrixed
• Experience leading a sizable talent acquisition function, driven significant transformation, setting strategy, building capability and optimizing performance, including shared service model and working with external providers
• Digitally savvy, understands the technology landscape, able to devise complex and multi-dimensional talent acquisition strategies in a competitive market
• Demonstrable ability to measure and report recruitment metrics e.g.

time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire
• Resilient, numerate, analytical, influencer and collaborative relationship builder What We Would Like For You To Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Education or equivalent experience
• Experience of systems implementation; leveraging technology and tools to drive process efficiencies
