SUMMARY OF POSITION The Director/Senior Director, Project Management provides project management leadership for the cross functional development teams, ensuring targets are met on time and with quality.

We are looking for a leader to be accountable for the companys therapeutic area programs.

You will plan strategy and develop and supervise the program timelines against the baseline.

You will facilitate decision-making, drive activities to completion, troubleshoot issues and identify and mitigate risks within the therapeutic programs, and with external partners.

The successful candidate will have both strong strategic skills and scientific/technical background.

RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating and driving program strategy to completion across the various development phases within scope, timelines and budget Working closely with functional leaders to ensure objectives are being met within the therapeutic areas Encouraging a productive and positive team environment Driving the discussion related to early planning to develop the studies that will form the development plan and integrated timelines Coordinate scenario planning to provide management with decision-making information, such as high-level timelines and costs Finding opportunities for standardization and providing leadership in resulting workstreams and initiatives Identifying trends for risks and developing mitigation strategies across the portfolio Facilitating action follow-up and issue resolution within the matrix environment in order to maintain program goals Serving as the main point of contact for assigned programs progress, objectives and timelines REQUIREMENTS BS/MS in biology, biochemistry, immunology or a related field 7 years working in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years Project Management experience Success working effectively in a matrix environment on drug development Expertise in planning, organizational and time management skills Knowledge of timeline development and capable of evaluating critical path and program interdependencies Adept at overseeing and prioritizing multiple programs Ability to challenge, while also engendering trust, placing the needs of the organization/team before your own Knowledge of therapeutic antibodies is a plus by Jobble
