Responsibilities and Requirements:
Ph.D.
degree and a publication record in molecular and/or cellular biology are required Research experience in human T cell biology, viral and non-viral delivery system Experience with CAR-T and TCR-T immunotherapy is a plus. Leading a human T cell gene therapy group Coordinating efforts among discovery, development and delivery groups Executing the company’s strategic plans with respect to intellectual property development 3-4 Direct Reports – leading a team of Senior Scientists and Research Associates Directly report to the company’s Senior VP Target bonus – 10% Medical, dental, vision, life insurance policies with 100% of premiums paid for by the company Equity participation in the form of an option grant Sign on/relocation bonus will be a case by case decision
