Our team is growing and we’re looking for a Director to join our Qualitative Market Research team.  The ideal candidate has expertise with B2B technology offerings.

As a member of the team that engages with our IT clients and assists them with strategic marketing issues, you will be responsible for key parts of our service delivery:

  • Work on strategic consulting engagements with significant client interaction with our B2B IT clients 
  • Engage, scope, define, and execute qualitative research driven marketing strategy, particularly in the areas of product development and go to market
  • Lead qualitative fieldwork engagements and directly execute primary research
  • Ensure that our clients derive compelling insights from our work, both in your ongoing interactions with clients and through the reports and presentations you generate
  • Create amazing, thoughtful and clear marketing and product strategies for our clients and then help deliver them
  • Advise our IT clients on strategic recommendations and become a go to resource for them

Requirements:

  • 8 + years of progressively responsible qualitative market research and consulting experience 
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and hard deadlines to completion, with minimal guidance and direction
  • A high degree of aptitude in interpreting complex, ambiguous concepts and distilling them into crisp learnings and insights
  • Strength in presenting amorphous, qualitative findings in visually appealing formats
  • An extremely high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • A strong work ethic.

    You will often work with limited supervision and will always be expected to deliver exceptional work

  • Comfort with and confidence in communicating with client stakeholders at a variety of levels, directly in person, on calls and over email
