Lead our Purchasing and Storeroom teams as Director, Purchasing, where your outstanding quality standards and supplier relationship management skills will support successful procurement operations.

What you will be doing:
· To supervise the day to day activities of the Purchasing department and ensure all standards are followed
· Coordinate and manage the overall operations of the Purchasing and Storeroom Department to ensure all departments have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner
· Purchase food, beverage, guest supplies, repairs and maintenance items at the best price possible
· Conduct regular market survey pricing of all items and services for the hotel
Your experience and skills include:
· Leadership experience in the purchasing field required
· Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
· University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
