Job Summary
The Director of Professional Services directs operations for a product or multiple products, including: client relationship management, and revenue generation with the expected outcomes of maintaining measurable targets for quality, responsiveness and client satisfaction ratings.
The Director, Professional Services is responsible for the development and delivery of Professional Services that meet high quality standards established by Greenway and the best practices of the industry.
This position is responsible for overall management and direction of the Professional Services team by providing support and leadership opportunities, continued education, and communication across Professional Services, and all departments of Greenway.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partners with Leadership in the development and implementation of strategies/tactics to ensure the alignment with key business goals and overall organization strategies
Manages the team to create a customer-focused culture and to maximize organizational impact and efficiency
Develops and implement succession planning and career development for existing employees
Maintains appropriate records and data to produce monthly performance reports, annual performance reports, and external reports.
Participates in relevant Professional Services department policy and planning committees and meetings.
Completes duties and responsibilities in compliance with Greenway Health standards, policies and guidelines.
Uses interpersonal skills and makes sound judgments to decide how duties and responsibilities are completed between coworkers, the supervisory chain, staff, and customers.
Supports the values and institutional goals as defined by Greenway Health.
Acts as senior advisor and provide technical expertise to managers and employees
Assists the Professional Services Directors and VP as needed
