Director, Patient Access & Reimbursement Enabling Technology (US Remote)

Lets do this. Lets change the world! In this vital role the Patient Access & Reimbursement, Enabling Technologies Director, will report to the Vice President of Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR). This individual will be shaping the overarching Patient Access CRM ecosystems roadmap, vision, and strategy of the Patient Support Programs through use of technology including business process operations, integrations, data, and analytics to build and deliver patient support capabilities (Call Centers, Nurse partners, Field Reimbursement Support, Copay and Fulfillment).
In addition, this role will be helping to craft the Patient & Customer experience as the business translator, the liaison and glue between the PAR Medical and Pharmacy Capability and Channel Directors, Information Services (IS), Development and Patient Support Program (PSP) vendor partners, and privacy/legal/regulatory/safety/corporate audit/business continuity to enhance the patient experience with our brand programs and services. The successful candidate will directly be responsible for managing a team of two. This individual will also manage extended cross-functional partners including marketing, sales/field reps in support of Amgens PAR ecosystem interdependencies.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorates degree and 4 years of experience in either patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or sales operations
Or
Masters degree and 8 years of experience in either patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or sales operations
Or
Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience in either patient support programs and/or information systems, marketing, analytics, or sales operations
And
4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Preferred Qualifications:

Authoritative command of complexity and ambiguity; ability to see the big picture; ability to collect, digest and assemble information to enable relevant business analyses

Ability to collaborate, lead and influence cross functional teams with a diverse set of backgrounds

Demonstrate autonomy with the ability to navigate complex projects

Experience with supporting field & call center staff

Experience solving complex business problems and managing analytics projects

Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment. Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility.

Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations and escalations

Experience with Scrum Agile frameworks, CRM technology architecture and integrations

Experience with the Salesforce CRM, Tableau or other reporting and analytics tools

Exceptional analytical capabilities. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution.

Excellent written and oral communication skills to work across and up through the organization, including escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and business analyst skills and experience.

Strong ability to prioritize work, coach & develop people and gain cross-functional alignment from people who do not report to you
