Director, Partner Solutions, Global Audiences

The BEPS Partner Solutions Team’s mission is to accelerate customer success by understanding needs, activating partner solutions and connecting customers to the right partners. As the Director of Partner Solutions for Global Audiences, you will recruit and lead a team responsible for delivering sustained adoption of partner solutions and revenue growth across key global audiences, including Facebook Small Business Group and some of Facebook’s largest, most-sophisticated global Clients. The role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals. The Small Business Group (SBG) is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook’s multi-billion dollar advertising business. They help more than 99% of Facebook’s 5 million plus advertisers and 180 million businesses on our platform find success.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing high performing teams, working with sales and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, surface untapped market opportunities, and drive top-line revenue growth through scaled product growth initiatives. Success in this position requires passion for developing people, fluency in managing cross-functional teams globally, customer mindset, analytical skills and understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives. This role reports into the Global Director of Partner Solutions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to set the global partner vision, strategy and roadmap with the leaders of Facebook Global Small Business Group and Global Accounts Sales Teams to accelerate impact across joint priorities & initiatives
  • Recruit, lead and inspire a small team of high performing individuals
  • Synthesize trends in the ecosystem and bringing the customer’s perspective back to the organization
  • Create quarterly and bi-annual initiatives across the portfolio to drive adoption of key partner enabled solutions and grow both revenue and value created for customers
  • Drive adoption of partner solutions with businesses through a combination of 1:1 and scaled programmatic engagements
  • Develop a sales enablement strategy to educate, support and activate our partner Sales teams via content, training, and analytics, in partnership with cross functional partners
  • Track KPIs of solution adoption and performance across different industry verticals and regions
  • Identify biggest global and regional opportunities working closely with Partnerships and Sales leaders to build and evolve the ecosystem tailored to small business needs
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years of direct experience driving top-line revenue growth and/or product and solutions adoption via scaled programs, channel sales initiatives, acquisition marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a high performing team
  • Experience running a business unit with responsibility for sales and P&L
  • Experienced in customer segmentation and needs analysis, taking a data-driven approach to complex business problems
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment at global level and influence C-level decision makers externally
  • Deep knowledge for Facebook products, technology, and online marketing, ideally direct response or performance marketing
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and online advertising environment preferred
