Director Of Special Projects

We are on the hunt for a world-class, creative, multi-talented, and energized Director of Special Projects responsible for helping scale the business 30X over the next 3 years.

You will have to be an all star with a proven track record of success: (1) leading scoping and execution of special projects to drive the business (2) independently solving problems to streamline decision making for the C-Suite add (3) managing growth as needed for a rapidly growing organizations You will directly support the C-Suite in the management and expansion of organizational operations, strategy, and the implementation of the company’s business model – all while communicating this work to the team, customers, and investors.

This role requires scrappiness, grit, creativity, and drive – the C-Suite will dispatch and rely upon you to execute on company-critical tasks with minimal oversight.

You will encapsulate the direction that drives the whole company team forward, while also acting as the glue to ensure effective communications and execute on schedule.

This role has a direct track to corporate leadership.You will oversee an ever-changing set of responsibilities that ensures the C-Suite has visibility into critical organizational issues.

This is not an EA role .
