Purpose The Director of Social leads a highly talented team in the development of breakthrough content and has a proven track record of building and growing digital first divisions through the nurturing of strong client relationships, keen insights and innovative creative.     Job Responsibilities Account Management Lead all client communication Ensure work is on-brief, consistent with client expectations and meets WC standard of creative excellence Partner with Head of Insights in integrating strategic capabilities into social team process Oversee campaign strategy development with Insights Team and CD, Social Develop client bids and SOWs On-going tracking of team resources to ensure projects remain on budget Engage clients in change order conversations as required Hands on management of daily activities for multiple clients/projects Oversee project coordinator in the development of timelines and delivery of materials Continue to optimize cross-divisional work flow QC creative, pitch decks, copy as needed Team Leadership Develop Social Team growth plan to achieve short and long term company expectations inclusive of team structure, resourcing, new capabilities and resulting revenue milestones Work collaboratively with CD, Social to achieve business goals Conduct performance evaluations in partnership with CD, Social Cultivate relationships with digital platforms with an eye towards innovation/new functionality that can be leveraged in new campaigns Update agency on emerging trends in digital/social  Business Development Lead all social new business efforts/client pitches Build relationships with new/potential clients on behalf of Wild Card Social and strengthen existing relationships through a consistent commitment to creative excellence Partner with CD, Social in evaluating and optimizing the digital/social pitch process Review digital/social capabilities and optimize as necessary Partner w/CFO and CMO to develop annual revenue forecasts Partner w/VP, Client Operations in development of digital/social pipeline required to meet revenue goals Partner w/division leaders on pitches requiring social   Required Skills 7+ years of experience in client relationship management 5+ years of entertainment marketing experience in the digital/social space A minimum of 3 years in the management of creative projects from strategy through launch A minimum of 3 years experience leading digital/social business development efforts in entertainment marketing A proven track record of building and leading teams through exponential growth The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level Effective written and oral communication skills Budget planning and management Persuasive and confident A keen attention to detail Entrepreneurial   In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position. From time to time you may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work. Your cooperation and assistance in performing such additional work is expected. Wild Card is proud to employ extraordinary talent across all genders, races, nationalities, religions, ages, abilities and sexual preferences.
