DIRECTOR OF SALES – Fitness Equipment & Education

DIRECTOR OF SALESAs Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the pipeline development of our sales channels from beginning to end.

This includes the account management of our current and future clients, answering directly to the CFO and working closely with the executive team.

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a team that is dedicated to expanding access to fitness and wellness all over the world.Role Expectations:* Manage the sales pipeline.

Understand and prioritize potential clients from various inputs (inbound, outbound, referral, etc.) so the team is always working on the most impactful leads.* Passionate about fitness, indoor cycling or pilates; able to communicate overall health benefits of MDA brands.* Understand business strategy and how to build long-term client relationships.* Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate whether or not your solutions have solved problems through these measures, both before and after implementation.* You must be strongly data-driven in understanding product usage and demands from potential and existing clients, measuring success and failure of different features, and adapting to meet the needs of customers in the most optimal way possible.* Work closely with the rest of the MDA team on product definitions, pricing, and sales techniques; mentor and coach sales and customer service staff.* Strategic thinking, deep technical background, awesome interpersonal skills, and a passion for both fitness and technology are a must in this role.* Ownership mindset and a bias for action to make directionally correct choices with sometimes incomplete information.* You're self-driven and you don't need direction.
