Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, international supply chain management or similar field required 10+ years of online marketing and merchandising, cross-border ecommerce merchandising, OR International supply chain management experience, OR 10+ year general ecommerce experience Global market or trade experience required Goal oriented and planning driven Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent analytic, organizational and coordination skills Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who is deadline and results oriented Team player adept at working in cross functional environment
Job Description
Manage significant growth and budgeted profitability of direct sales on cross border sites Work closely with the product and category marketing and promotions team Collaborate with the global team to manage all operational aspects of cross border fulfillment from catalog set-up to order processing and returns management Study, analyze and implement local sourcing, stocking and virtual fulfillment options if determined feasible, competitive, profitable and in the best interest of local customers Coordinate all system and site enhancements as it pertains to direct cross border sales, promotion and merchandising requirements
