Company is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales.
The candidate needs to thrive on engaging with and selling to enterprise-level clients, building strong pipelines, and creating metrics-driven value and revenue.
We’re in hyper-growth mode and we’re looking for a Sales leader who is ready to go there with us!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talking with enterprise-level leads as well as developing new business to provide tailored solutions to clients
Following up on opportunities, setting appointments and qualifying leads
Establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to create new sales leads
Creating and evolving metrics and sales enablement toolsDeveloping and presenting value-based solutions to potential clients and partners
Maximizing up-sale opportunities with existing clients
Keeping team informed by submitting activity and results reports
Monitoring competition and gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
Working with cross-functional teams to resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations for improvement
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending company provided training, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Skills and Experience You’ll Need to Have:
Minimum 4 years solution-based sales experience (in e-commerce or logistics would make our hearts sing!)
Ability to speak with high-level stakeholders, partners, and leaders on both strategic and tactical levels
A very strong (successful) Hunter/Closer combination skill setExperienced in using Salesforce or other CRM tool(s)
Ability to leverage sales operations tools and metricsHighly organized, process driven, and collaborative
