Director of Restaurants
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: up to $150,000 DoE
Our client is a well-known full-service restaurant group with an amazing reputation in Los Angeles.
This particular Chef is known for their creative culinary offerings and locally sourced products.
This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable chef that is rapidly expanding their business.
The Role:
· Oversees 5 west-coast based restaurants
· Financially accountable and sets targets for restaurant general managers
· Involved in recruiting, training, and developing the management team
· Ensures company standards and policies are adhered to
· Responsible for new openings
· Works close with the culinary teams to launch new menus
The Ideal Director of Operations Candidates:
· Worked within a premium restaurant setting (ideally Michelin)
· Multi-unit experience (minimum of 5 locations)
· Proven career stability
· Ideally has worked in multiple cities on the west-coast
· A strong leader and coach
· Demonstrates strong communication skills
