Help bring this company to the next level of it’s life. This is a Brand New Position. Seeking a highly motivated Director of Publisher Sales to join its growing US team and establish an LA office. The Director of Publisher Sales will identify and develop profitable relations with premium publishers, website owners, and various global online media companies on the West Coast. Location: Los Angeles Responsibilities Expanding Client’s premium publisher network on the West Coast Managing entire publisher sales cycle and pipeline from prospecting to deal closing Negotiating small and large media deals for video monetization Providing market intelligence and product feedback to internal stakeholders, as well as partners and customers Traveling throughout the country with a focus on the West Coast Requirements 5 years of experience in a similar role Performance and goal oriented An extensive rolodex of publisher contacts Experience working with direct publishers AdTech or AI experience – preferred Knowledge of the digital industry, market trends, and major players Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Innovator and fast thinker Experience managing Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and manage a team – This is an individual contributor responsibility with a future goal of establishing and leading a sales team Team player Ability to travel BA/BS degree or equivalent
