Director of Product (Remote)

We’re seeking a Director of Product to join our growing Product team. As our Director of Product, your role is to turn market, strategic, and customer information into a clear product roadmap and customer adoption plan. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to guide products from conception to launch. You will bridge technology and business as you design services that our customers love. As one of the members of the product team, you’ll contribute to our strategic objectives on a regular basis and secure our position as one of the most trusted, innovative platforms in market research. Success in this role is quantified by product adoption and by a strong bias toward shipping products early and often.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze platform data to make decisions and bring improvements to user flows and increase product stickiness
  • Develop detailed, crisp, business requirements and user stories presenting expected results to the Engineering team with an understanding of build features both slim and quick
  • Collect, review customer feedback and feature usage metrics to measure the success of recently launched features and recommend future improvements
  • Create product backlog with prioritization based on data, client needs, and competitor research
  • Collaborate with Engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features
  • “Own” the product’s user experience and feature set and act as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organization
  • Wireframe new product feature ideas or improvements to communicate vision and to represent the problem-solving flow.
  • Create knowledge center materials and feature announcements
  • Provide assistance to Sales and Customer Success teams with product demos or product related questions

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Graphic Design or similar major
  • Experience in and passion for designing and building user experiences on SaaS Application Products
  • 7+ years of experience in product management working for an enterprise B2B, SaaS company
  • Strong experience working on Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or AI software solutions
  • Strong experience with UI/UX design
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, UE design, engineering, QA and launch
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma a plus
  • Extremely high energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
  • Excellent leadership, project management, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
