Director of Operations

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience enhancing processes, tools, reporting, metrics, and policies

2+ years of experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)

Outstanding performance in operations role is a must

Comfort with leveraging data to tell stories; high proficiency with Excel

Ability to correlate results from data analysis to processes and drive continuous improvement in organizational productivity

Ability to build relationships and buy-in to drive change effectively in a positive manner

Above average communication skills

Ability to ask questions to better understand workflows and processes

Experience interfacing across multiple departments

Requirements

Responsibilities

* You seek to identify operational challenges and improve processes
* You can develop, maintain and improve standard operating procedure manual for all departments
* You have experience in setting up systems that result in an excellent customer experience from start to finish
* Develop standard reports and dashboards for team member productivity
* Create systems to ensure efficiency across departments to ensure a stellar customer and team member experience
* Maintain KPIs around productivity and goal attainment
* Provide support for role and process restructuring and growth planning
* Support quarterly business review process with analytics, logistics, and presentations
* You ideally should have familiarity working in salesforce including support of daily tasks and operations through configured salesforce reports & dashboard
* You should also allow enables us to consistently gather high-quality data and provide clear visibility into all components of business operations
* You also can create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, business rules and help related materials for team members
