Job Duties:

  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Regularly reviews, analyzes, and evaluates best business practices and procedures
  • Implements systems and processes that will improve day-to-day operations
  • Ensures work environments are optimized, satisfactory, and safe
  • Oversees the company’s goals by tracking and reporting on a regular basis ensuring that each is reaching goals set by department and company leadership
  • Plans, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets alongside leadership to achieve financial objective
  • Is involved in communications, new directives, policies, procedures, and implementation of ongoing improvements made to the team’s best practices
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, marketing, lead generation, transaction coordination, technology, and customer service segments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Utilizes the teams tools & systems for operational efficiency

  • Ensures all supplies are sufficiently stocked, organized, and keeps an ongoing inventory
  • Organizes and maintains the teams GSuite
  • Answers and directs phone calls, incoming inquiries, and emails
  • Oversees and updates all workflows, operational checklists, & more
  • Creates and modifies, as needed, instructional materials

For Compensation: $55-$75k depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
