As the Director of Nursing / Care Services Manager, you will:
…be responsible for overseeing care to Enlivant residents through a consistent care delivery model.
You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Care Partners (RCP), Caregiver, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff.
What you’ll do here:
Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
Partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Care Partners, Medication Assistants, LPNs and Lead Resident Care Partners
Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents
Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessments
Provide on-call support for the community
Ensures compliance, efficiency and team’s understanding of policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned
We’d love to talk if:
You are a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
You have a minimum of 1 year clinical and supervisory experience
You care about quality assurance/improvement and staff development
You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
You care about serving seniors
You have strong relationship building skills
You are driven and love friendly competition
Bonus points if:
Previous experience as a Health and Wellness Director, Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
Possess the ability to handle complex issues
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
