Lanier Village Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Nursing (DON) position in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Our beautiful, gated community is located in Gainesville, GA.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care, and advise medical staff, department heads, and the executive director on matters related to nursing services.

Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents on a 24-hour basis.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of five years’ clinical experience in the field of geriatric healthcare Minimum of two years’ management experience in a long-term care setting Knowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills To protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a universal COVID-19 and Influenza (Flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.
