Director of Marketing Operations

This position requires proof of full vaccination status as a term and condition of employment.

Advantis is looking for an experienced and proven, can-do, collaborative Director of Marketing Operations to lead day-to-day operations of our seasoned and talented marketing group.

The team includes a senior designer, senior copywriter, project/programs manager, and digital marketing programs manager.

Which means you’ll seamlessly and gracefully swing from the analytical to the creative, often in the same day.

You’ll direct.

You’ll manage.

And sometimes you’ll roll up your sleeves, leap into the breach, and work alongside a high-performing team that doesn’t drop balls or miss deadlines.

While this is a director-level role, we welcome applications from experienced marketing managers out there ready for the next chapter in their career.

This is a hybrid role, with the ability to split your week between home and the office.

Primary Responsibilities: Planning marketing initiatives, campaigns, & projects Managing day-to-day marketing operations & administration Working with your team to manage the performance of marketing channels Managing how our brand shows up in our community Developing marketing communications & campaigns with sr.

copywriter Reviewing marketing results and making improvements as needed Oversees and helps evolve our digital and social media presence in partnership with Digital Marketing Program Manager Must Haves: Minimum 10 years in marketing, communications, and/or digital media Minimum four years supervising Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including partnership, collaboration, creativity, and inspiration Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or business Creative and self-motivated with the ability to produce and deliver effective marketing programs Strong writing skills, with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation Ability to analyze work processes and make recommendations for improvement Analytical ability to interpret and make decisions on data Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and people skills Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Flexibility to deal with unexpected events, and occasionally attend meetings and events that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours Ability to maintain confidentiality Position eligible for hybrid work schedule Nice to Haves: Digital and social media marketing experience preferred; knowledge of digital marketing preferred, including familiarity with Google PPC Advertising, social media marketing including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram Knowledge of website management (from a marketing perspective), including SEO and CRO preferred Knowledge of MCIF (customer database) software and marketing automation software preferred We offer a generous benefits package for you.
