regimens of Floyd Mayweather, while getting in the best shape of their lives.

franchise business is growing rapidly, signing up new franchisees each week and opening
new locations all across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising + SEO Management:
Lead point of contact with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness’ digital advertising agency.

Main liaison between the digital advertising agency and franchisees Monitor performance of ads (supplied by Director of Brand) Research new platforms to advertise on and present new digital advertising strategies Develop and implement effective SEO strategies Track and manage Google and FB analytics for all Studios Continuously research the SEO/Marketing industry for new information to stay up to date
At Home Fitness App Management:
Lead point of contact for Mayweather Home Fitness digital advertising Oversee Mayweather Home Fitness email campaigns and marketing Track Mayweather Home Fitness usage, analytics and performance and present new targeting strategies
Studio Marketing Implementation:
Host weekly calls with franchisees to analyze ad performance and establish ongoing strategy Implement brand marketing calendar on Studio level and individualize based on market Provide suggestions and ideas for ongoing Studio-level marketing initiatives Host weekly calls with franchisees to analyze in-Studio events and local activations
National Partnership Creation:
Work with Director of Brand to identify new potential national partnerships Connect with brands and companies to create and disseminate national partnerships Coordinate with Studios to implement partnerships on the local level
Key Skills:
Degree and/or experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Public Relations Full knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Engine, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager Experience working directly with franchisees Understanding of building marketing programs and reporting on the results Compelling marketing communication skills Strong project management skills Excellent work ethic Strong telephone and communication skills Creative passion to be part of a fast-growing brand Passion for health and fitness 3 Years in a Senior or Director Role in Boutique or Franchise Fitness Brand Preferred
