Job Description About the Position Key leadership position in a rapidly growing DTC skincare brand. The Director of Marketing is responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, building brand awareness, and driving new customer acquisition. We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader to bring both creative strategy and data-driven insights to the team. Qualifications: Experience with DTC marketing, ideally in the beauty space At least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role Experience in fast-growing or startup-type companies Experience with: Paid social (FB/IG ads, Google, etc.) Organic social & in-house creative Influencer & affiliate marketing DTC website strategy PR and media relations Strong analytical and data-driven reporting skills Creative, problem-solving approach Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics Strong budgeting and resource management skills Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment Ability to establish and meet deadlines Passion for skincare, science, and consumer education Responsibilities: Plan and execute Stratia’s marketing plans- goals, KPI’s, roadmap, budget Identify and evaluate revenue driving opportunities- new channels, strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, etc. Oversee 5 agencies on strategizing and executing across different channels Work with paid social agency to manage budget, performance, and strategic improvements across paid social, including new channels (e.g. TikTok) Work with in-house creative team and external partners on developing brand assets to be used in paid and organic channels Oversee visual and creative cohesion across all channels Develop and execute all marketing campaigns- product launches, promotions, etc. Manage and develop Stratia’s growing marketing team Develop and oversee influencer strategy, including data analysis and re-strategizing as necessary Oversee all organic content strategy and work with social and content team on building our organic Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube following and engagement Oversee email marketing agency and help grow the channel to maximize customer loyalty and revenue Create and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on revenue and performance across all marketing activities Research new channels, best practices and competitive landscape Work closely with founder on current and future growth strategy Stratia strives to create a supportive, open, positive workplace.
