The Role As Director of Strategic Product Analysis, working primarily with Fidelity’s Strategic Market clients, you will blend HSA expertise with a passion for finding solutions to the needs of our most complex clients.
Using deep knowledge of Fidelity’s HSA offering, you will partner with Sales and Relationship Management to influence and design the dimensions of a potential solution for new and existing clients.
You will identify key product gaps to tackle, and coordinate efforts across the involved parties and gain support from internal business partners regarding the solutions being crafted.
You will collaborate with Sales to prepare client presentations and present crafted solutions to clients.
You will lead efforts to fill any product gaps in a deliver solutions during client onboarding.
You will become the point person for our sales group to get updates on new product development and support crafting of RFP responses as necessary in support of the Product & Service Consultants.

Series 7 and 63 required within 120 days of starting.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
