Director of Growth

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for growth and performance marketing, including paid search, paid social channels, editorial, streaming, video, OTT, podcasts, programmatic, affiliate marketing, offline media, and other growth/testing channels.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing and reporting campaign performance Develop new growth opportunities and support scaling existing channels.

Oversee, optimize, and calibrate performance results on a daily basis to inform decision-making around budget allocations and forecasts.

Plan, forecast, assess ROI and incrementality of marketing performance.

Expert in growth marketing, adtech/martech, and attribution.

Partner with creative, brand, and product marketing team members to develop messaging and storytelling for brand awareness and performance ads.

Represent Digital as a senior growth leader with executive leadership from presenting and selling strategy to execution.

Qualifications
6+ years of multi-channel direct response acquisition marketing experience 2+ years leading and cultivating a team Experience managing but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, and DSPs Understanding of offline media (TV, OTT, OOH, partnerships, etc) Strong knowledge of the media landscape and the latest trends in the industry Experience with multi-touch attribution, mixed media models, and lift analysis Experience launching GTM campaigns for products and international a plus Creative and analytical thinking mixed with a customer-focused, brand-obsessed philosophy Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate performance into actionable insights Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal partners.
