This position is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic vision and goals of our ecommerce storefront and online lending platform.
The ideal candidate will build and lead a core eCommerce team whilst leading major aspects of eCommerce IT strategy, financial performance, operations, and maintenance needed to support the business and to create and maintain a stable and scalable product.
The Sr.
Director of eCommerce will be responsible for working alongside senior management and their cross-functional digital oriented teams in order to achieve the company’s online revenue and profit goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of five years of eCommerce experience at a management or senior level.
An ability to manage a primarily web-based system consisting of multiple operating platforms and multiple third-party integrations.
A proven track record of performance optimization and profit growth.
5+ years of eCommerce experience at a management or senior level.
A bachelors/masters in a relevant subject matter is a plus.
Highly organized with outstanding leadership skills, humility and willingness to collaborate and learn.
Outstanding problem-solving skills that prioritize issues and resolve scenarios in a timely and productive manner.
Experience with Marketplace selling and supply chain.
Experience with digital marketing; SEO, SEM, SMM, Influencer, etc.
Proven technical, business strategy and consumer experience product design capabilities.
Proven experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across a company’s operations, sales & marketing, product, technology, and business development / consumer finance departments.
Overall business management including but not limited to sales analysis, eCommerce metrics analysis, sales tracking, budgeting, expense controls and forecasting.
Ability to lead sales initiatives to meet/exceed assigned revenue and margin goals, ensure premier product positioning and presentation, and drive market share gains.
Strong knowledge in web traffic metrics/analytics/ and testing.
Strong knowledge of digital product management, merchandising and site search optimization.
Creative with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Managed eCommerce P&L, annual and quarterly sales forecasting in coordination with agreed strategies.
Ideated and refined tactics for improving conversion, AOV and repurchase rates.
Improved online acquisition costs and activation strategies.
Set vision and strategy for holistic and seamless discovery, shopping and purchase experience.
Has an understanding of lead gen tools and practices and the ability to create value for customers at every step.
Worked with the marketing team to develop & implement marketing techniques that will drive new sales.

Pay: $130,000.00
– $180,000.00 per year
