If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer JOB SUMMARY: Position Summary: The Director of Digital Strategy, Goldenvoice will act as the digital marketing and product strategy lead for the Goldenvoice Regions. This person will be in constant communication with local marketers, talent buyers and central leadership in order to oversee execution of best practices across content, email, social, product, personalized consumer experiences, website properties, media buying, CRM, and reporting for shows in the region. The Director of Digital Strategy, GV will collaborate with central digital team on product development and bring those products to market in their region by delivering the right message to the right consumer at the right time. This role is also responsible for reporting on ROI / ROAS at scale and leveraging these metrics into actionable marketing tactics. This position will develop new digital strategies for existing events by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources. Clear communication, information sharing and ability to train local marketing staff on central tools and best practices is a must. Essential Functions C ollaborate with the central digital team on new product development and give input regarding implications of products in the Goldenvoice markets Develop reporting at scale across the business unit for digital media, consumer products, CRM and social. Deliver reporting to all stakeholders with proper communication, presentation and specific learnings and actionable data points, and leveraging the information into future marketing decisions. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals KPIs and ROIs. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Train GV marketing staff on new digital products and updated best practices to ensure all staff is properly utilizing all tools to sell tickets efficiently. Ensure best practices are upheld across all digital marketing components such as CRM, digital media performance, content creation and real-time campaign optimization. Develop untapped revenue opportunities by implementing new consumer product experiences that match the right consumer with the right offer. Research in-venue opportunities for fan upgrades, exclusive offers and other previously untapped and monetizable offers. Brainstorm new techniques for digital promotions and interactions with artists to increase ticket sales such as but not limited to presales, preorder and waitlist tools Identify short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; and implement directives. Build and cultivate relationships artists and artist management by attending live events, networking opportunities and meetings. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education): A minimum of 5 years of related work experience Project management experience Superb organizational skills and proven success managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully Creativity and willingness to think outside the box Strong understanding of tools like SEO, SEM and Spredfast Exceptional illustration/typography skills Exceptional Photoshop/graphic design skills Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Knowledge of brand identity, advertising, digital marketing and social media strategy and best practices Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships Excellent at communicating across departments In-depth knowledge of social media platforms & emerging digital trends Knowledge of the music industry and artist demographics Experience working with and creating budgets Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented/strategic thinker Financial analytics skills required Existing relationships with digital platforms / online partners and brand relationships is a plus Experience working as a promoter is a plus AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employees job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
