We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to plan, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy for consumer campaigns across digital channels (mobile, paid, SEO, social, affiliate, email, SMS) to increase traffic and engagement and grow revenue through McGraw Hill’s B2C ecommerce channels.
This leader will partner closely with our business units and cross functional stakeholders across McGraw Hill to understand product and brand strategy and develop campaigns in the consumer space.
Additionally, this individual will manage a digital marketing team of five who will create and implement campaigns from concept to execution across channels to increase growth and engagement, as well as an analytics team who will monitor marketing programs and web performance in order to optimize campaigns, measure impact, and ensure ROI.

What you will be doing:
• Developing our consumer digital marketing strategy including a traffic growth program to attract qualified, high converting customers to the website.
• Planning and executing all SEO, paid, email, and social, campaigns for B2C.
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
• Measures and reports performance of consumer digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Developing an analytics program for web/ecommerce.
Define KPI’s to measure performance and impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through data and customer insights, and partner with web product teams and business units to develop actionable insights based upon data.
•Develops KPI’s and measurement plans for new digital campaigns and web enhancements.
•Recruit, coach and lead a team of organic, paid, digital marketing, and analytics specialists.
We’re looking for someone with:
•Bachelors Degree, Master’s degree preferred.
•Significant experience in digital marketing and as a digital marketing leader.
•Experience developing and leading a B2C marketing program, including omni channel campaigns.
•Experience managing SEO, including technical SEO.
•Experience managing paid programs including paid search, display, affiliate, and social.
•Experience with Google Ad Words, Marketo, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; experience with AEM a plus.
