THE ROLE

Impact Museums is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to take on an integral role in the company, driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

The role requires prior leadership experience including proficiency in paid media and content marketing tools.

Hands on experience in digital a must.

Impact Museums is actively hiring and, in response to COVID-19, conducting all interviews and onboarding virtually.

Any new or current team members will be temporarily working remotely until it is safe to return to office.

The role is located in Los Angeles, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate as the marketing lead.

Craft our marketing strategy.

Understand and develop budgets with a focus on ROAS positive paid media.

Plan, direct, and execute all paid and organic marketing efforts.

Hands-on manage all paid social media, paid search, and content marketing activations, delivering a strong ROAS on ad dollars invested.

Work with the executive team to craft compelling, relevant, and timely content to effectively engage, inspire, and drive awareness to our base.

Ensure proper branding of Impact Museums and our experiences across every channel Project manage the end-to-end process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder partners from campaign planning, testing, and design, to reporting and measuring success through detailed data analysis.

Implement strategy, guidelines, and processes to facilitate seamless and connected marketing activation and content planning for all markets across all touchpoints.

Drive planning and implementation of a local market weekly calendar and align with markets on local initiatives covering brand and commercial campaigns.

Manage our PR and traditional media agencies Act as a single point of contact on all marketing assets, approvals and distribution to relevant partners

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field Masters Degree a plus 7+ years of experience in digital marketing a must Intimate knowledge of Facebook and Google ad platforms a must Experience working in live entertainment, experiential, live sports and/or ticketed entertainment Extremely detail oriented Leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize the most important work on your plate and deliver on time.

Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently Analyze and optimize Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, all retargeting and tracking, etc.

Proficiency writing decks.

Respectful, honest, and confident communicator Works extremely well within a team and has a track record of successfully managing others.

Strong results-orientation and operates with a data-driven mindset.

Proactive and inquisitive thinking with superb analytical skills.

Understands and monitors competitive landscape, provides insight and recommendations.

Test the mindset and have the eagerness to optimize campaigns to maximize results.
