Director Of Customer Learning at Adverity in New York, NY

What you’ll do: Develop curricula and certification programs for multiple levels of customer training on the Adverity platform
– from training on basic features and functions to sophisticated functionality.

Manage the cooperation with our external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the project and the delivery within a specified timeline.

Utilise industry and company best practices for course development, documentation and training materials.

Create a measurement framework and analyse learner performance data to determine the effectiveness of the certification program and its courses, as well as the satisfaction of the customers.

Ensure ongoing development of training materials.

Work closely with Solutions Consulting, Support, Services and Account Management to help identify the most frequent topics of support that could be addressed by our training programs.

What you’ll need: 4 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and managing training and/or certification programs for customers of a software solution.

Knowledge in education, instructional design or adult learning.

Familiarity with industry best practices on training methods is a big plus.

Experience with the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems.

Using data and reports to advance ideas and convince others.

Strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills to keep projects focused and on track.

Ability to work independently and willingness to jump in and learn as you go in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and communication skills in English.
