We are looking to fill a role with a family run packaging manufacturer based out of greater Los Angeles area.
They focus on high-end flexible packaging solutions customized to serve the specialty food market.
This position will be reporting directly to the company’s President/CEO and will be their “right hand” responsible for a team of 10-12 people, which will include the Quality and Compliance Departments, as well as parts of production and front office.
This role is designed to grow into a higher-level position in the future, depending on the person’s performance and ability to take on more responsibility.
This role will be focusing on handling customer relationships, including issues/complaints, project management, customer, and certification audits, and supporting the CEO in any other tasks that will improve the operations, and secure the quality and timely delivery of the product to the customers.
Here are some of the things we’re looking for:
BS in Engineering or related field, MBA in operations management is preferred Strong experience in in flexographic food contact packaging manufacturing is required Deep understanding of the flexible packaging converting and printing Experience running manufacturing operations is required Must have experience in leadership of QA, Compliance and Operations
