Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Cardiology Nurse Director will be responsible for directing patient care and management activities of the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Echo Sonography, Vascular Ultrasound, and Cardiovascular Services. The responsibilities include budget development, improving performance metrics, developing and delivering training, and strategic planning. They will also be responsible for implementing new performance improvement standards within the department to ensure the highest level of quality care is being delivered to patients and their families.
