Who we are seeking

Omaze is looking for a marketing leader to help bring our story to life, driving awareness and comprehension, while also fueling outsized growth.

By developing integrated marketing strategies that are grounded in customer insights, you will help us grow our community of donors and dreamers.

You are someone who thrives on creating insights that set the stage for creativity and craft and you also love to lean into data.

You thrive on building relationships and collaborating with both technical and non technical audiences, and always strive to improve yourself and those around you.

You are able to communicate campaign strategy and are focused on creative marketing programs that drive growth and engagement.

What you’ll do
Lead the development of integrated marketing insights and strategies across the Omaze portfolio of experiences to drive growth while telling our brand story.
Use customer insights to work cross functionally on the development of creative campaigns that intersect culture and a new model of charitable giving.
Take a holistic view of the customer and work across teams to drive retention and engagement.

Be the glue between marketing, merchandising and product development to maintain a holistic view of how we bring campaigns to life across all channels.
Create and execute a marketing calendar that integrates campaign planning, product launches and the impact stories that are unique to Omaze.
Work closely with measurement and insights to develop a consistent way of measuring and communicating brand health as well as overall campaign effectiveness.
Partner with business development to identify distribution opportunities to accelerate awareness and engagement with our brand through co-marketing programs and campaigns
Develop a strategy to bring Omaze to life through real-world activations.
Lead and build a team of marketers across brand marketing, social and community.

Our ideal candidate
Have 8+ years of experience as a brand manager, strategic planner or creative brand strategist with high-growth consumer brands.
Be creative at your core but have proven examples of how you use data to influence strategy and execution
Loves to dig in and drive action while taking smart risks to drive outsized growth.
Thrives off working cross functionally and building relationships across the entire organization.
