Major Responsibilities

• Ensures cabin polices and procedure are updated and revised regularly.

• Ensures periodic inspection takes place on ET flights to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of inflight procedure and cabin crew performance.

• Develop Risk register which includes prioritized risks, appropriate risk response, define risk mitigation process and measures that monitor effectiveness

• Directs the preparation of a standard operating producers and monitors implementation for a process – oriented activity of inflight service.

• Approves developed curriculum changes pertaining to cabin crew training

Qualifications/Skills

Qualification Required:

• Minimum of BA/BSc degree with any field of study and a minimum of 12 years’ relevant work experience, out of which of two years in a manger or equivalent capacity, experience gained within an Airline/Aviation environment.

• MSC/MA Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience out of which of two years in a manger or equivalent capacity
