Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Operations Director is a key member of the HR Leadership team who will directly manage the centralized teams of Payroll, HRIS and People Processes.

As a Trusted Advisor, the Director will draw on their strong foundational knowledge of HR and People Operations.

This critical role leads the development and execution of HR People Operations strategy to align its programs and practices to support and build a best in class, people-oriented HR Operations team.

What you’ll be doing:
In partnership with the Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners develop and execute best practice global HR procedures, systems, and processes that meet business needs Overseeing and partnering with the Payroll and HRIS functional leads to identify, prioritize, and operationalize strategic initiatives, continuous process improvement efforts, and governance & compliance programs Responsible for overseeing development of the HRIS strategy and digital transformation for HR Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience, cultivating a people centric center of excellence which builds relationships with key stakeholders across HR and the business Accountable for ensuring the Global HR Operations operate in accordance with applicable compliance standards, policies, procedures, and service level agreements globally Provide HR guidance in partnership with Legal, Security, and Internal Audit to complete cross-functional global compliance activities Through strategic partnerships with the HR Centers of Excellence, Marketing and Communications teams, accountable for the continuous development of our HR Intranet Oversees and partners on the maintenance, data integrity and reporting of Human Capital data to the HR Centers of Excellence Oversees all HR Operations vendor relationships
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 8+ years of professional HR experience in a HR Operations environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour or related field.

HR professional accreditation preferred Leadership experience in the development of strategic HRIS roadmaps and implementations Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business needs Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, understanding business needs, and managing resources to deliver consistent results to bring initiatives to successful completion Strong technical aptitude: Good understanding of HR systems and their application to advance efficiency of operations Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust through effective coaching of a high performing team Excellent verbal and written communication with a proven ability to influence and build relationship in a diverse environment High degree of business ethics, transparency, and a passion for excellence
