The Role We are seeking a proven operations leader who will be responsible for the enablement of global sales execution, deal management transformation and deployment of global sales operations initiatives across our commercial regions and service organization.

They will also drive innovations in our global commercial operations that create a competitive differentiation for Tektronix.

Who Youll Work With As a Global Sales Operations Director, you will lead the deal management and pricing transformation efforts, global order management, and our demo and used equipment teams.

You will work with our Global Sales Operations teams and closely partner with the Regional Sales VPs, HR, Payroll, Service Sales Leaders, IT, Commercial Finance, Legal, Product Line Managers, and Marketing.

What Youll Do You are the global leader responsible for overseeing and driving the enablement of global sales execution efforts and teams, you will own the deployment and optimization of priority sales operations initiatives and capabilities to deliver on Tektronix commercial strategy.

With success, you will increase the productivity and effectiveness of the global sales and services organization by driving the transformation of Tektronix deal management, global order management and our Demo and Encore portfolios to deliver revenue and sale efficiency improvements that align to business priorities.

Lead the deal management and pricing, global order management, sales communications, demo and encore organizations.

Oversee and improve all aspects of the pricing process globally at Tektronix including the collection and coordination of all external and internal insights, implementation, and communications.

Oversee and improve the global sales communication processes.

Refine and drive the strategic approach to Demo (Deployed Demo Pool) and Encore (Used) product portfolios.

Develop and optimize the sales execution organization at Tektronix.

Business owner Oracle CPQ (configure price quote) tools and lead its implementation and integration at Tektronix.

Build scalable processes and policies to increase operational efficiencies and lead the development of insightful models, reporting and dashboards.

Build and deliver on operations success metrics and KPIs to improve our organizational effectiveness and capabilities as aligned to commercial strategy.

Collaborate with Tektronix commercial systems and IT organizations to improve the functionality and capabilities of our systems and tools for the best employee experience.

Proven ability to drive the implementation and delivery of sales operations practices, tools, processes to deliver improved sales efficiency and revenue enablement.

Past experience managing signification operational backbone development efforts and projects, example implementation and optimization of foundational commercial technology tools, teams, organizational structure and processes.

Strategic, quantitative, and operational mindset with strong consulting background.

Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and facilitate complex problem-solving processes and/or cross functional projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationship success with individuals at varying levels across the organization and customer.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change Ability to ensure commissions and employee information remains confidential Experience working in data systems and environments, performing complex analytical problem solving, including intermediate level of CRM, ERP experience.

Knowledge of compliance with internal policies and controls as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance including SOX.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree 10 years of finance, operations, or sales operational experience.

7 years of progressive responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.

Experience using Microsoft CRM, Oracle a plus.
