For the Director FP&A / Corporate Development, we are looking for a highly-motivated, strategic-minded finance specialist to join our Corporate Development team in Los Angeles.

Reporting into the CFO, the Director will act as the main finance business partner to the President, CFO, and the rest of the executive team.

The candidate will have an in-depth understanding of core FP&A activities, including reporting, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis.

The candidate also will have a strong subject matter and analytical foundation to be able develop and track core KPIs to provide key insights to stakeholders in the information company’s strategy.

The ideal candidate should also have an extensive track record leading capital market activities, including analyzing, prioritizing, and executing upon fundraising, potential investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.

What You’ll Do Here

● Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, re-forecasting and scenario planning

● Develop dashboards to track key performance metrics and monitor business performance

● Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations

● Play a key role in fundraising and IPO activities: preparing financial models and valuations, draft investor presentation, assist in communications and workflows with financial advisors, manage due diligence processes and support negotiation and closing

● Facilitate in the execution of acquisitions by performing financial analysis, leading due diligence in partnership with senior team members, and supporting implementation into the Final Bell ecosystem.

● Support ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses for strategic planning, investing and integration efforts.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have



● At least 5 years of financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting

● Mastery of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles

● Experience developing rigorously accurate financial models and reporting packages with relentless attention to detail, preferably at a high-growth company

● Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) allowing you to build collaborative relationships across organizations, from the analyst to the executive level

● Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with Carta is a plus

● Experience building and/or scaling the FP&A function in a high-growth, dynamic environment, including managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.

● Experience in implementing and driven adoption of a company-wide financial planning tool
