Currently, we are looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Franchise Division working out of our Downtown LA office!

The Director of FP&A is responsible for providing financial leadership to drive business results and operating efficiencies.

The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting, developing and improving the financial processes that enable sound planning and decision making.

The Director of FP&A will work closely with various business partners and the leadership team.

This position will track and analyze key metrics and provide financial support to enable business growth and identify opportunities and risks in the business.

Responsibilities: * Support the development and continuous improvement of the company’s Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting Process.* Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to various departments.* Assist Accounting Team in monthly Close Process.* Drive a strong culture focused on teamwork, accountability and driving results.* Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives, with an eye toward automating the overall process.* Develop and analyze key performance indicators relevant to the business.* Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.* Assist Marketing Team in developing spend ROI assessments.* Assist Development Team with overall growth objectives.* Support Programs Team with financial analyses to maximize Revenue.* Partner with franchisees to assist them in maximizing Revenue and EBITDA.

Qualifications: * 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a high growth environment* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field* Strong Excel-based data analysis skills
– ability to communicate information concisely and meaningfully* Strong written and oral communication skills required #SKYZ
