– Fintech will be a technology leader working closely with product, operation, partners, and customers to build cloud-native enterprise-grade Software as a Service (“SaaS”) payments platform.

This position will develop engineering team, manage project goals, and contribute to product strategy.

This position will guide the way how team will operate with scale, speed, and security.

This position will deliver technical capabilities our customer need.

The platform that the team builds include processing high volume complex transaction data, supporting core business operation.

(br( (/li((li( Prior hands-on software development experience (/li((li( Modern software practice experience (lean, Agile) (/li((li( Data (Transaction) intensive application architecting experience (/li((li( Compliance/Regulatory experience (/li((li( Project experience with large-scale systems design (/li((li( An independent and curious thinker who can make convincing, information-based arguments and will never stop learning about their customers’ subject matter and areas of complexity (/li((li( With a strong bias for action, this individual will have a balanced left/right brain and work equally well with product design and engineering teams.

This person will have very sound judgment and be able to recruit and groom high-caliber talent (/li((li( The Director of Software Development FinTech will be “hungry” to develop themselves and their team members personally and professionally.
