Position Summary – PV Global Hub resident expert on Digital and MB/IPG capabilities; main POC for digital/transformation – Facilitating Transformation knowledge sharing between countries by curating digital learnings and deploying them in a regular cadence via statuses and newsletters. – Best practices champion ensuring local teams are implementing best ways of working – Identifying areas of transformation and developing frameworks and guidelines to be implemented globally, incl playbooks, guidelines, etc. – Tailoring broader X-LOB Transformation led processes for PV specific needs – Staying abreast of Global digital partner capabilities and innovations Key Responsibilities – Managing the transition of PV to the Sizmek Ad Server including working with local teams to develop timelines and schedule trainings, deploying learnings from one country transition to the next, maintaining regular status updates with all stakeholders and interfacing with Sizmek and Rufus Ad Ops to discuss product road map opportunities to improve SLAs – Overseeing Prime Video pre- and post-bid brand safety implementation, facilitating PV’s global emergency response protocols and ensuring local and global hub team compliance with brand safety reporting procedures – Participating in the training of new country onboarding ensuring teams are acting in compliance with Prime Video planning and activation standard operating procedures Desired Skills & Experience Digital Experience LI-DNI Wage and Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
