Director Continuous Value Improvement Responsible for leading the development and implementation of ongoing continuous value improvement (CVI) including assessments, reports, training and recommendations for operational improvements for Care Management programs.

How you will make an impact: Leads the delivery of excellence in business processes.

Creates and leads a CVI program based on solid performance management to drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations and clinical programs.

Monitors operational processes, productivity metrics and clinical outcome metrics.

Maintains ongoing updates to UM/CM/DM processes based on state and federal regulations, accreditation requirements and medical policies, and industry best practices.

Oversees SharePoint and WorkNet content and updates.

Works with strategic team regarding improvement opportunities.

Develops and helps to implement operational or clinical improvement action steps when metrics are not meeting targeted quality goals.

Develops SVP operational dashboard.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years related progressive experience, including experience in process improvement.

Minimum of 4 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Six Sigma Certification required.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experience: Master’s degree preferred.
