Overview
This position is an active contributor in the highly-energized Global Content Acquisitions Group that works across multiple Brands and Platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that licenses a record amount of series and movies for a well-recognized suite of networks and services.

This group is considered marketplace leaders by crafting creative deals that secure A-list product.
This individual will work with Dept Execs to provide business intelligence and industry overview presentations with special emphasis on AVOD / SVOD & the emerging platform space, serving as a subject matter expert.

Position will also play an integral part in Movies negotiations by managing movie windowing planning across company’s networks & platforms.
Highly-motivated candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and a forward-thinker who is able to jump in & anticipate the needs of a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department.

Candidate must be strong communicator who can explain complex concepts in visually compelling formats.

Must have excellent organizational, written & computer skills, flexibility to redirect priorities as business needs shift & thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare movie deal proposals that include estimates, usage and financials to provide feedback on product negotiations.

Compile network & platform interest lists and manage windowing across full suite of networks & platforms Coordinate options strategy within movie negotiations and facilitate carve-in requests from networks Input Movie deals and packages in department database for tracking purposes, craft deal memos / amendments and movie summaries.

Manage cross-Brand product shares to maximize usage & ROI Coordinate Brand requests for acquired product with in-house SVOD / AVOD services.

Track, ingest & provide reporting on product avails and competitive intel Maintain AVOD / SVOD rights tracking Keep abreast of emerging platforms, technologies and companies that are changing the program acquisitions landscape providing business intelligence and recurring updates to team.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 7 yrs experience in Content Sales Planning, TV Programming, Financial Planning & Analysis at media company Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to transform data into high-level Corporate presentations & reports Strength in creating visually compelling presentations, including communicating ideas and information graphically and effectively.

Database Management experience Bachelor’s degree and strong computer skills required, including in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.

Must demonstrate advanced level of strategic competence, executive presence and communication skills.

Knowledge of program acquisitions & thorough understanding of the TV industry, with deep curiosity to stay current on media-related trends and changes that may impact acquired business.

Must be PowerPoint expert/ Excel Super-User.
