You are excited to build world class scalable operations for a high growth company.

Working directly with the Executive Chairman of Compass RE Ventures, you will ensure operational excellence while owning responsibility for identifying and building infrastructure elements critical to the business unit.

You and your team will work closely with functional leaders in product, engineering, operations, and finance in New York City as well as local leadership across all new businesses.

nn nn At Compass You Will: nn Work hand in hand with the Executive Chairman to ensure success for all RE Ventures businesses spanning the entirety of business critical topics Measure and continually improve metrics and KPIs setting priorities and driving continuous improvement against results and targets Build and implement strategies with business leaders to achieve overall company strategic priorities (e.g., technology adoption, inventory initiatives, people and culture initiatives, marketing operations) Develop robust and scalable infrastructure that will allow us to expand our customer base & footprint across the country with speed and quality Develop tools and processes to drive fiscal discipline and accountability Ensure day to day high priority issues are resolved thoroughly, with a strong customer-service mindset  nn What We’re Looking For: nn 8+ years of experience in business operations, business development or management consulting Ability to “see around corners”
– diagnosing and treating issues before they boil over Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously MBA/advanced degree preferred, but not required Strong strategic planning and management skills Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking Solution-oriented mindset and work approach Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others Experience growing and managing teams and developing employees Agile and organized working style to manage and consistently prioritize key initiatives Creative problem-solving abilities Glass-half-full mentality Ability to empower and inspire the collective team Passion to help build the future of real estate nnAt Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world.
