Director, Client Solutions Role Summary The Director, Client Solutions provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the Client Solutions team of an independent business unit that is focused on providing Delivery & Mobility Solutions.

As the sales organizations leader, the Director, Client Solutions is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy and accountable to the performance of the overall sales organization.

The DCS ensures the sales objectives are in alignment with the overall company strategy and, drives the performance of the client solutions team to consistently meet or exceed the established objectives.

A critical component of this role is the initial creation and subsequent, on-going evolution of a high performing Client Solutions team.

The DCS will build the team through effective recruiting, hiring, coaching and mentoring strategies to ensure the Client Solutions team is laser-focused on continuously identifying and closing sales opportunities.

The Director, Client Solutions acts in a manner that exemplifies and enhances our brand and is additionally responsible for modeling and promoting adherence to company values.

Director, Client Solutions reports to VP, Sales and Marketing and will have a team of Client Solutions Managers reporting directly to him/her.

Key Result Areas Develop and implement a Client Solutions strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed business targets Establish annual and quarterly sales targets and compensation plan Develop pricing and monetization strategies that meet customer needs, drive profitability targets Design sales processes and organization structure to support rapid growth Direct customer acquisition and account management efforts, while monitoring and managing sales pipeline to ensure forward progress Actively works alongside the client solutions team to acquire new customers, close sales opportunities, and to ensure the continued business of our existing clients Oversees client orders to ensure timely and quality delivery and becomes involved when necessary Ensures accurate forecasting of revenue and sales expenses and requires the full and effective use of the CRM system to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

Focused on constant recruitment efforts, mentoring existing team members and practices consistent and effective motivation strategies to build and maintain a world-class sales team capable of growing with the business.

Collaborates cross functionally to share insights and ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in sales strategies, marketing, product, operational and financial decisions Attend and actively participate in industry meetings, sales events and, training to keep abreast of the latest developments as appropriate Continually assesses the need for organizational change and champions change initiatives while removing the obstacles that inhibit organizational growth.

Works closely with teammates to support the achievement of the objectives that are critical to the success of the other functional areas within the business.

As a leader, is constantly and consistently assessing opportunities for organizational successes across all areas of the organization and communicating with teammates when those opportunities become apparent Requirements: 10 years of commercial sales and account management experience, preferably with Supply Chain & Logistics, Fleet Management Companies and/or industrial goods Proven track record successfully leading a sales organization, implementing a growth sales strategy and meeting aggressive sale targets Building relationships internally and externally, with colleagues and clients, including at C-suite level Providing input into product development based on customer insights and market dynamics Experience in solution selling with various pricing models, both hardware and software Bachelors degree mandatory, Masters degree a plus Travel required.
