Director, Business Credit (Los Angeles, CA)

We seek to be a community of learners who grow personally and professionally in pursuit of our mission to improve the financial lives of firefighters and their families.

For over 85 years, we have worked to create trusting relationships with our fire family.

The bonds we build are the foundation of our credit union.

As the largest, exclusive firefighter credit union in the nation with $1.8B in assets, we serve over fifty thousand members in more than seven hundred fire departments.

Our national expansion vision aims to make our outstanding value proposition available to firefighters in all states while we continue to set the leading-edge standard for the customer service experience among all financial institutions as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

You will be joining a financially healthy organization on the move.

We are excited that our growth as an organization creates development and career opportunities for each of our internal team members while offering a competitive compensation and benefit package.

We want to hear from you if you have a passion for helping those who serve others, a curiosity to grow personally and professionally, and a desire to contribute to our continued evolution.
