Director AV Post Production

In support of our continued global expansion, our Global Distribution Marketing department is looking for a strong, passionate individual to join our team and lead our marketing production discipline, AV Production.

In this role, you will be responsible for our end-to-end production and localization of our AV marketing assets.

THE ROLE Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will lead a team of AV post-production and localization specialists.

You will be responsible for clearance, production and distribution of all AV marketing materials, driving scale, leading operational innovation, and raising the bar for creative excellence.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with leaders dedicated to creative, media, regional marketing, social, PR, marketing technology, and engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Responsible for cross-functional communications and workflow development, effective exchange of project information and global, multi-platform AV asset delivery.

Manage our AV post-production team to ensure that we eliminate bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate speed.

Work within established brand guidelines, having extensive knowledge of platform and product brand promotions.

Meet regularly with creative marketing and maintain a complete understanding of project positioning and timelines.

Advocate for both internal and external customers on global campaign strategy, working in partnership with territory marketing managers.

Quality control to ensure materials are delivered correctly and on-time.

Oversee the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transferring of assets, including source files, to our DAM (digital asset management) systems.

Scheduling based on both production calendars and shifting priorities.

Execution of legal clearances.

Communicate deliverables and clearances to internal and external teams.QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years of experience, with an emphasis on short-form content at scale, creative & operational workflows, finishing, and localization.

Experience managing high-volume projects in parallel, collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver offline and digital video marketing materials.

Editing experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or Avid.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.

Experience with Airtable, Asana, Jira or similar collaboration and project management tools.

Advanced experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
