Team ATS takes great pride in assisting ordinary people with accomplishing extraordinary things Job Overview A Total Solution CPA & Consulting Services is looking for a senior auditor and proven leader to join our growing Tax and Accounting business line.
This individual will be responsible for the success of the firm’s audit & assurance service offering and directly oversee and support our audit and other assurance engagements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA license or an intent to obtain the certification At lease 3 years of audit experience including planning, field work, and audit reporting; preparing reports, and communicating findings Experience with nonprofit clients preferred Experience building client relationships Passion for maintaining/building client relationships Experience managing engagement teams and related budgets Ability to travel as required (less than 5%) Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management and business development All aspects of A&O engagements including internal staffing of engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, planning of the engagement, and related administrative functions.
Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit process and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews.
Constantly assess engagement processes and procedures for opportunity for innovation and/or gained efficiencies Advising clients of current and emerging issues related to accounting and reporting Enhance/Maintain the firms system of quality control Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00
– $105,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: The firm is currently still 100% telework.
