Digital Production Manager

The Role

The Digital Production Manager will be responsible for managing the crewing, logistics and planning of digital field productions for up to three creative verticals, supporting third party and in-house digital shoots throughout the US.

Requirements

The Responsibilities
Working out of a central hub, manage the logistics and planning of digital field productions throughout the US for up to three creative verticals; troubleshoot issues and support field crew
Attend planning meetings, as necessary, to determine resources and logistics required for successful execution of shoots; balancing between creative and financial priorities
Effectively communicate through all phases of production; provide timely status updates
Work with internal Partnerships, Success, Post, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams in the US and France, to facilitate a steady and thorough flow of information, ensuring deadlines and expectations are communicated back and forth
Source and onboard third-party Production Companies to handle week-to-week production; ensure clear communications
Source and create a robust roster of freelancers throughout the US to support digital field shoots; hire as needed and liaise with Finance and Legal for contracts, invoicing and start paperwork; track paperwork
Create budgets and schedules across a high-volume of simultaneous digital shoots across the US, communicate expectations and deadlines
Actualize and manage all shoot and show budgets ensuring financial information is always updated; coordinate the gathering, submitting and tracking of invoices for all freelancers and vendors
Work with teams to build and maintain internal and external processes, workflows, policies and systems; update internal trackers regularly
Create, maintain and update internal and external facing documents related to production guidelines, technical specifications, calendars, contacts and various other department related documents; create and maintain G-Drive folders
The Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of relevant experience producing or managing a large volume of digital video production with high profile brands or creators
Solid understanding of native digital talent; interest and/or experience working with digital Creators
Ability to work efficiently across all levels of management, talent, crew and staff
Self-motivated, proficient multi-tasker, able to stay organized with multiple simultaneous projects
Enthusiastic team player able communicate succinctly, emanate calm and remain focused in a growing, changing environment
Overseeing multiple projects, adept at prioritizing, anticipating potential issues, identifying problems, recommending and implementing solutions
Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible
Excellent organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumen
Working knowledge of social video content distribution platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Snap, IGTV and TikTok
Must be proficient with Movie Magic Budgeting, Monday.com, Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), Gdrive, Google Slides and Dropbox
Flexibility for occasional travel to set and studio as needed
Ability to attend the occasional meeting that can be as early as 7AM PT to accommodate international time zones
This role may be required to be on set as needed
