Digital Product Manager/Senior – Job Family

How you will make an impact: Digital Product Manager: Responsible for the design and implementation of new products and existing digital product lines.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Evaluates existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.

Recommends and implements long-term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.

Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development Digital Product Manager Senior: Responsible for the ongoing strategy development of new and existing capabilities of digital products from inception to launch and lifecycle.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Oversee and interpret market research and competitive intelligence to determine ways to competitively enhance product capabilities.

Partners with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction.

Participate in Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.

Work with design team to organize and evaluate results from usability studies.

Evaluate how variations in the product design can impact its overall effectiveness.

Oversee development and maintenance of products This is a remote position and can be filled at the Digital Product Manager or Digital Product Manager Senior level.

The hiring manager will determine the level, based on the candidates experience and background.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Digital Product Manager Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Digital Product Manager Senior Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Digital Product Manager Health or managed care experience preferred.

Digital Product Manager Senior Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred.

Scaled agile experience strongly preferred.

Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range: $73,248
– $112,245 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.
