Digital Media & Programmatic Consultant

You are:

Subject matter expert in digital media strategy, planning and activation

This role will be working in a project-based, consultative environment

This role will have a primary focus on digital media, but will require some basic understanding of non-paid media channels

As a consultant, you will be a critical strategic advisor that is responsible for developing highly strategic, innovative and tailored client solutions

Work in a team of strategists, responsible for developing integrated, cross-channel strategies, both online and offline

This role collaborates in cross-functional teams, typically with creative, data, tech, audience and business strategists to develop and deploy solutions that deliver against business goals

Strategically plan and develop the right online and offline media mix (both channel and partner) that best delivers against client objectives

Conduct audience and media research.

Analyze multiple data points to develop insights that will inform both media and broader marketing strategies

Synthesize consumer behaviors to inform audience planning and messaging strategies

Collaborate on brand strategy, creative, and messaging approach to align with media objectives

Within the cross-functional team, define, setup and measure experiments across marketing channels

Work with our activation and delivery capabilities to ensure media plans are properly activated, measured and reported

Qualifications

Here is what you need:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, ad operations and/or ad tech

Minimum of 2 years of experience buying and actively optimizing programmatic media campaigns using major DSPs (e.g.

DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)

Minimum of 2 years client facing experience in an agency environment

Minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Bonus points if:

Experience managing a team or junior team members, vendors, client relationships & as a client lead helpful

Solid understanding of the how paid media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel

Passionate about media, data, analytics and technology

Working knowledge of how offline media integrates and impacts online media

Travel
